Located less than 10 minutes from the centre of St Jean d'Aulps and all amenities.

• The entrance to the chalet leading to the living area with:
An American-style kitchen, fully equipped (large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooking hob, coffee machine with grinder, kettle, toaster, numerous storage cupboards...)
A very bright dining room with a large wooden table and 8 chairs.
A living room area with a large corner sofa, a bookshelf, a flat-screen television.
A separate toilet.
A garage where ski equipment and bicycles can be stored
A large terrace running the entire length of the chalet.
• The upper floor with:
A 1st large bedroom en suite with 2 single beds that can be grouped into a double bed, a clear view of the mountains, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, WC and washbasin, a bay window overlooking the living room, a dressing room
