My name is Stéphanie DELERCE, and I am the manager of Alpeslocation Vacances, a rental agency operating in the Chablais region for over 25 years. Our office is located in the ski resort of Saint-Jean-d’Aulps Espace Roc d’Enfer, in the heart of the Franco-Swiss Portes du Soleil ski area.
Alpeslocation Vacances mainly offers holiday rentals in Saint-Jean-d’Aulps, apartments in Morzine, holiday accommodations in Le Biot, and rentals in Seytroux, but we also have rentals elsewhere in Haute-Savoie, such as in Montriond or Thonon les Bains.
Our team supports property owners by:
- Finding tenants through around fifteen national and international vacation rental platforms (including Airbnb, Booking, Abritel, Holidu, HomeAway, Muchosol)
- Managing the rental calendar for your property.
- Handling check-ins and check-outs.
- Taking care of administrative procedures.
- Finding trusted contractors for any renovation or maintenance work.
We guarantee a booking rate of 85% to 95% during peak seasons (Christmas/New Year and February holidays), and 80% to 90% between July 15th and August 20th.
Thanks to the strong reputation and attractiveness of our beautiful region, Alpeslocation reaches both families and groups of friends, with an international clientele including French, British, German, Dutch, and Spanish guests. Our clients include loyal returning customers as well as many new guests each year. Haute-Savoie is the number one mountain destination in summer and the second in winter.
Our team also assists tenants by:
- Helping them find the right property based on location, capacity, and desired criteria.
- Acting as their main point of contact upon arrival, throughout their stay, and at departure.
