Individual chalet 67m² - Morzine - Sauna – Close to shuttle access to Avoriaz (200m), 3 minutes by car from the town centre – 6 people – Mountain view
The property is located in the commune of Morzine. It is an individual chalet consisting of 3 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Two parking spaces are located near the chalet, and on the other side, a small garden. The chalet is bright and the view of the mountains is exceptional.
The chalet is composed as follows:
On the ground floor, a large garage serving as a ski room and bicycle room to store your equipment. There is also a water point to wash bikes in the summer.
On the main floor:
- An entrance with coat hooks and a cupboard
- A separate toilet
- A laundry area with a washing machine + shower tray
- A fully equipped kitchen with: a fridge with freezer, a sink, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, an induction hob, a cooker hood, a dishwasher
On the 1st floor:
- A first double bedroom (180x200), with built-in wardrobes. Access to a small balcony with mountain view.
- A second double bedroom (180x200), built-in wardrobes. Access to a small balcony with mountain view.
- A third bedroom with a bunk bed (2x90x190), the storage cupboard is located at the top of the stairs
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a single washbasin, a towel dryer and a toilet
Outside:
- Two parking spaces in front of the chalet
- A small garden adjacent to the chalet, mountain view
