Duplex located in the centre of St Jean d'Aulps ski resort with an unobstructed view of the Aulps valley.
Very spacious and in perfect condition, functional, and well-equipped apartment.
Access to the heated indoor swimming pool allows you a great moment of relaxation after your day of skiing or hiking!
The flat is composed as follows:
- 1 Entrance hall with storage.
- 1 Fitted kitchen of 4.40 m² (cooking plates, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster).
- 1 Living area of 28.82 m² facing South, composed as follows:
A living room: 2 Sofas and coffee table
A dining room: a table that can accommodate up to 6 guests
A large bay window with access to the balcony, view of the slopes (South facing)
1st floor:
- A landing with a cupboard for storage
- A bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, radiator, washbasin and storage
- A separate toilet
- Bedroom No. 1 with sloping ceiling (skylight) with 1 double bed (160 x 190). Valley view, South facing
- Bedroom No. 2 with sloping ceiling (skylight) with bunk beds (2x90 x 190) and 1 single bed (90 x 190). Valley view, South facing
- 1 Mezzanine with 2 single beds placed directly on the floor (90 x 190). It has a skylight with valley view. South facing
