Cancellation policies

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

• Up to 30 days before the arrival date, 25% of the booking amount.
• 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.
• In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking.
• The balance is to be paid 1 month before the date of arrival. If this is not done by the tenant, then the lessor reserves the right to re-let the accommodation and the deposit will be lost ”

Last minute reservations : payment by check will not be accepted. The payment has to be made by transfer, credit card or cash

 

OUR FEES

1)     List of our fees for holiday weekly rentals (at the expense of the owners only)

(Unless expressly agreed otherwise by the parties, indicated in the mandate)

From 28,5% to  35% Taxes incl. Of the rental amount, including the reservation file, cleaning, reception, inventory.

From 21% to 25% Taxes incl. Of the rental amount when you give us the contact and we manage the reservation file, the cleaning, reception and inventory.

From 16,5% to 18% Taxes incl. Of the rental amount if you do the cleaning, reception and inventory yourself

3) Schedule of our rental management fees

At the expense of the landlord :

Fees: 7.8% VAT on rent excluding charges
GLI: 2,3% to 3,7% TTC on rent + charges

At the expense of the tenant:

Reminder rent unpaid: 10 € ttc
RAR notice: 18 € vat incl.
Unpaid bank levy and bank check unpaid check: Current cost at the bank
Vacation hours not working: 90 € ttc / hour
