Cancellation policies

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

• Up to 30 days before the arrival date, 25% of the booking amount.
• 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.
• In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking.
• The balance is to be paid 1 month before the date of arrival. If this is not done by the tenant, then the lessor reserves the right to re-let the accommodation and the deposit will be lost ”

Last minute reservations : payment by check will not be accepted. The payment has to be made by transfer, credit card or cash

FEE SCHEDULE (Owners's responsibility)

From 18.5% to 35% (including VAT) depending on :

• the chosen option (comfort or premium)
• the size of your property
• the geographical area in which your property is location    

(Unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties, as specified in the mandate)
