Located in the center of the ski resort of St Jean d'Aulps with an open view on the Aulps valley. It is 50m from the ski lifts.
Very spacious apartment in perfect condition, functional, very well equipped.
The access to the heated indoor pool allows you a great moment of relaxation after your day of skiing or hiking!
The studio is composed as follows:
- Entrance with cupboard (ironing board and iron, board games, clothes line)
- 1 separate bedroom with: 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 1 single bed on the mezzanine (90 x 190) and a storage closet
- 1 Bathroom: bathtub and shower screen, basin, bathroom furniture, toilet, and washing machine
- 1 Living room offering 3 spaces:
A living room : sofa bed (160 x 200) changed in August 2020, 1 armchair, TV + DVD player, HIFI system
A brand new equipped kitchen: dishwasher, 4 burners, oven, microwave oven, fridge+freezer, toaster, coffee maker, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine
Dining area: 1 table + 4 chairs + 2 stools

Parking was a struggle as there is limited spaces for the block. Sound travelled through the walls and it sounded like there was a herd of bouncing goats above us some nights. There is no drying room for boots but there is a cave for skis or boards.

Le matelas du canapé à besoin d'être changé il est de très mauvaise qualité. Le wifi était prévu dans le contrat mais les propriétaires ont changé le code impossible de se connecter.
